由中国化学会催化委员会主办、湖南大学和湖南理工学院承办的第九届全国环境催化与环境材料学术会议，于2015年11月20 - 22日在湖南省长沙市融程花园酒店召开。课题组王崇臣及郭新兴老师带领徐道鑫、张佳、李珺娇、刘昂等4名研究生参会。

    会议中，王崇臣教授在纳米催化/催化机理分会场做了题为Metal-organic Framework as Novel Photocatalysts to decompose typical organic dyes : Opportunities and Challenges的口头报告，介绍了金属-有机骨架用作光催化剂降解有机污染物时面临的机遇与挑战。

    课题组研究生徐道鑫、张佳、张艳秋同学分别制作了题为“Two Zinc Based Coordination Compounds Constructed from Two Azophenyl Ligands: Syntheses, Crystal Structure, and Photocatalytic Performance”、“Three silver-based complexes constructed from organic carboxylic acid and 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane: syntheses, crystal structures, and luminescence”、“Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue and methyl orange in a Zn(II)-based Metal–Organic Framework”的墙报进行展示，引起了参会人员的关注。

    课题组成员通过参加本次环境催化与环境材料会议，听取了相关高校及研究院所研究人员的精彩报告，充分了解到我国广大科技工作者在环境催化与环境材料领域所取得的最新成果和进展，将助力本课题组后续相关研究工作。
